The Los Angeles Declaration on Migration and Protection is implemented through Action Package Committees. Leads of these committees convene other member countries, and may also call upon experts from international organizations, civil society organizations and academic institutions, to develop agreements to implement the Los Angeles Declaration. They will call upon and share good practices to inform these agreements. These “good practices” may be identified based on experience, results, academic sources, or expert analysis and opinion. Good practices may vary depending on each country's context.
