Greetings!

Welcome to the latest issue of ParlerHealth, the USAID/West Africa Regional Health Office's quarterly digest. This issue covers significant themes such as the impactful donation of lifesaving oxygen concentrators by USAID in Togo, enhancing patient treatment and dispensing in Burkina Faso, and the empowerment of young leaders in sexual and reproductive health via a West African Health Organization (WAHO)-led workshop in Guinea, and more stories from the region.

2023 marks the 20th anniversary of PEPFAR (the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief), an initiative through which the U.S. government has collaborated with governments and civil society organizations to reshape the global response to HIV/AIDS. We'll continue to spotlight PEPFAR's successes in West Africa, with a focus on Togo in this edition.

We trust you'll find our articles, contributed by implementing partners and colleagues, both engaging and valuable for your work. Enjoy the read!

Best regards,
Abdul Bala
Acting Deputy Regional Health Office Director
USAID/West Africa
