On May 31st, USAID Mission Director, Aler Grubbs, announced the grant recipients of the third round of USAID’s Innovation Fund that provides grants for innovators in energy efficiency and smart energy management. Recipients included innovations that advance water efficiency for industrial manufacturing facilities, heat recovery solutions, and smart lighting services.
Providing funds for innovations addressing clean energy and energy efficiency are important examples of the partnership between USAID and Ho Chi Minh City to achieve city-level net zero emissions.
