From Jan 22 - 26, USAID supported the 2024 Persons with Disabilities Spring Festival Programs in Quang Nam, A Luoi, Thua Thien Hue, and Quang Tri provinces. The festivals featured crafts and food products made by persons with disabilities like five-fruit trays, banh-chung wrapping, and dried fruits. Over 150 persons with disabilities joined the festivals, showcasing their skills.
This event promotes the inclusion of persons with disabilities in their communities, encouraging a disability-friendly environment and generating economic opportunities for them..
