Expanding and sustaining HIV services, including preventative medication, is critical to Vietnam's goal of ending AIDS by 2030. USAID supported the development and implementation of new regulations under the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment which simplify the delivery of HIV services, making the disease eligible for telemedicine treatment.
These new regulations increase access to high-quality services that can be tailored to the specific needs of clients, supporting Vietnam’s HIV health care goals.
