Open to all interested individuals who are South Korean citizens or non-South Korean citizens lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the ROK, and who also have the required work permits. Cooperating Country National (CCN) applicants. CCN means an individual who is a cooperating country citizen, or a non-cooperating country citizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the cooperating country.
