Under the direct supervision of the Program Strategy and Coordination Office (PSCO) Director, the Program Management Assistant provides administrative and logistical support, as well as general support to PSCO core operations, including budget,
coordination, management and oversight of programs. The incumbent facilitates all the administrative and logistical aspects of the PSCO.
Under the direct supervision of the Office of Democratic and Economic Growth (ODEG) Office Director, the Project Management Assistant provides project assistance support to the ODEG team during the design, coordination and management of all office programs and operations, as well as administrative and logistical support. The incumbent is required to assist with program and budget management, as well as facilitate all the administrative and logistical aspects of the ODEG team’s office.
The position is located in the Executive Office, USAID/Serbia. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Mission’s point of contact for all U.S.
Working for the USAID/Serbia Mission Financial Management Office (FMO), the incumbent ensures that his/her performance of duties and responsibilities reflects the core values of FMO. S/he is an integral part of the FMO team responsible for meeting the programmatic and administrative objectives and goals of USAID/Serbia Mission.
