The U.S. Agency for International Development is pleased to share its Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Program Status Report for Fiscal Year (FY) 2016. The report outlines the Agency’s EEO program activities and highlights USAID’s accomplishments in establishing and maintaining a model EEO Program. The report also identifies areas for improvement and action items and plans to address deficiencies.

Management Directive 715 Report

Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Management Directive 715 (MD-715) is policy guidance for federal agencies to establish and maintain effective EEO programs, as required by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. This directive requires USAID to report annually on the status of its program.
