The purpose of the Activity is to strengthen the private sector-driven business enabling environment and support the private sector to become more competitive and access capital for growth in domestic and regional markets, resulting in more inclusive economic opportunities and contributing to a diversified economy.

To provide technical assistance and other services as described in for the implementation of USAID/South Sudan’s program entitled “Partner Liaison Security Operation (PLSO).

The initial geographical scope for this Activity will be Muchinga province with a possible scale up to other provinces in year 4.

systems, introducing water-saving agricultural practices, expanding access to clean drinking
water, and strengthening water management systems and regulatory enforcement

USAID/DRC plans to issue a Request for Task Order Proposals (RFTOP) through the NextGen IDIQ Comprehensive Technical Assistance. The purpose of the Task Order (TO) is to strengthen the health supply chain and pharmaceutical management. The activity must improve the capacity of DRC stakeholders involved in supply chain and pharmaceutical management both at national level and in the USAID supported provinces. USAID/DRC requires services to strengthen the capacity of Congolese institutions (government), civil society and private sector stakeholders to increase sustainable access to and appropriate use of quality-assured and affordable health commodities through a resilient and mature supply chain system and pharmaceutical regulatory services. This contract intends to improve Congolese capacity to deliver patient-centered, efficient, responsive, transparent, and sustainable supply chain and pharmaceutical services nationally and in ten selected provinces.
The Task Order will be for five years. USAID Resilient Supply Chain will also support the In-Country Logistics Activity at national level.

USAID/DRC plans to issue a request for proposal (RFP), restricted to local organizations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The USAID Dawa Logistics Activity will procure essential maternal and child health medicines and selected medicines to address HIV opportunistic infections. USAID Dawa Logistics Activity will provide storing and distribution services all the way to the last mile in USAID-supported provinces

To protect water supplies, ensure downstream flow, and support water security for communities and ecosystems.

The purpose of this activity is to enhance USAID/Georgia’s strategic communications capacity and foster stronger collaboration with Implementing Partners, civil society organizations, and private sector stakeholders. This enhanced capacity will enable USAID to use strategic communication to advance its development strategy, notably through the development and delivery of messages that communicate the agency’s goals and values, reaching specific audiences to inspire awareness, trust, and direct partnership with the United States.

The Strategic Communications Activity will:

1. Equip USAID and its Partners with Data – Enable USAID and its partners to implement data-driven strategic communications.
2. Strengthen Collaboration – Foster stronger collaboration between USAID and Implementing Partners to design and implement outreach campaigns that build trust in and awareness of Georgia’s partnership with the United States.
3. Facilitate Person-to-Person Linkages – Promote the active participation of the Georgian public in USAID programming and foster positive dialogue about the country’s partnership with the United States.

The activity addresses the challenge of limited public awareness of USAID’s activities, which stems from:

- Gaps in public access to information.
- Lack of effective communications channels for USAID messaging.
- Information manipulation.
