Allan López and his mother, both from Chiantla, Huehuetenango, started a sausage business in their home, after receiving training from our programs in the production of raw sausages. Allan dreams of growing his business to generate income for his family, so that he and his mother can continue developing in their community. More than 20 young people participated in the process of making raw sausages.
