On April 10th, 2024 six Social Enterprises working in HCMC received project approval from the Vietnamese Government. Starting in January 2023, USAID worked closely with these social enterprises to facilitate communications with central government agencies, providing comprehensive responses to complete the lengthy process.
These approvals mark a significant milestone in USAID’s work to foster sustainable local development. These social enterprises will provide PrEP (Pre-exposure prophylaxis), PEP (Post-exposure Prophylaxis) and Testing (HIV and other STDs).
