USAID Dufatanye Urumuri (“Light”) activity works on improving reconciliation in Rwanda. It does this through focusing on healing of historical wounds. Through Urumuri, USAID facilitates open and inclusive dialogue in communities, secondary and high schools, universities, and civil society fora in all 30 districts of Rwanda and at the national level.
