Clean Cities, Blue Ocean is the USAID program to reduce plastic pollution in the oceans, directly at its source. The project develops capacities to improve solid waste management. It expands the collection coverage. Helps build behavior change. Achieves the separation of waste at the source, improving selective collection and demonstrating the benefits of a circular economy.
