Chargé d'Affaires, a.i. Steven Koutsis and USAID Deputy Mission Director Izetta Y. S. Minko-Moreau participated in the closing ceremony for the Cultural Cohesion for Peace and Prosperity (2C2P) program. 2C2P is a USAID-funded program to support Guineans in developing a culture of peace through conflict prevention, mitigation, and management. Implemented by Catholic Relief Services, the program helped create a social contract for peace between local officials and citizens and contributed to strengthening social cohesion among citizens across communities and ethnic groups.
