Ms. Jeri Dible is a career Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Agency for International Development.  She has been with USAID since 2007. 

Jeri serves as the USAID Country Representative for the Republic of North Macedonia.  Jeri started her career with USAID as a Health Officer and has led teams in Washington and overseas in Mozambique (2008-2010), Georgia (2010-2012), and Ukraine (2016-2020).  Most recently Jeri served on USAID's COVID-19 Task Force and with USAID's Afghanistan Mission.

Jeri has over 18 years of international development experience.  Prior to joining USAID, she worked for Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC. Jeri also served as a Peace Corps Youth Development Volunteer in Jamaica and an AmeriCorps National Rapid Response Corps Volunteer with the American Red Cross in Seattle. 

Recently, Jeri completed Georgetown University’s Executive Leadership Coaching program.  She has dual Bachelor’s Degrees from Kansas State University in Child Development and Social Work, and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Washington. In 2016, Jeri graduated from the U.S. Army's School of Advanced Military Studies (SAMS) in Ft. Leavenworth with a Master’s Degree in Military Operational Art and Science.
