Based on USAID’s experience in partnerships, we have developed a straightforward collaboration process to co-create solutions with businesses and other private-sector entities that foster business success and achieve sustained development impact. This process is operationalized through an open invitation to businesses and other private sector entities to collaborate with USAID, officially named the Private Sector Collaboration Pathway Annual Program Statement (PSCP APS).

USAID Missions, Bureaus, or Independent Offices (MBIOs) may issue a more specific call for particular types of collaboration to address select geographies, priorities and/or objectives. These more specific calls are known as Addenda.

All current Addenda to the Private Sector Collaboration Pathway (PSCP APS) are posted to Grants.gov and can be found below.

If your organization is interested in pursuing addenda opportunities that are published under the Private Sector Collaboration Pathway, please read the addendum carefully and follow the instructions set forth in the addendum.

The Private Sector Collaboration Pathway builds on the strengths of its predecessor, the Global Development Alliance (GDA) APS, while providing new flexibilities and user experience improvements.  Everything that was possible under the GDA APS is now possible with the Private Sector Collaboration Pathway. Hence, the GDA APS will no longer be available after August 31, 2023. In the meantime, please also check the GDA APS Addenda page for specific GDA collaboration opportunities issued by USAID Missions, Bureaus & Independent Offices. For any questions related to addenda to the GDA APS, please email gda@usaid.gov.

DIGITAL INVEST: MOBILIZING PRIVATE CAPITAL FOR INTERNET CONNECTIVITY AND DIGITAL FINANCIAL SERVICES IN EMERGING MARKETS

USAID’s Digital Invest program is announcing a call for concept notes for eligible companies and organizations seeking to catalyze investment in funds or infrastructure projects that expand and strengthen internet connectivity and digital financial services for underserved consumers and businesses in emerging markets. Digital Invest seeks to advance a competitive, innovative, and secure global marketplace for connectivity networks and digital financial services in emerging markets. Priority under this call will be placed on increasing access to finance, supporting the growth of secure and trusted technology service providers, and prioritizing consumer protection and cybersecurity in all partnerships. In doing so, the program will not only advance competition and choice, but will ensure emerging market countries have secure alternatives to authoritarian-backed tech companies, infrastructure, and platforms.
