The U.S. has delivered more than 250 million vaccines to over 100 countries in need. USAID supports getting vaccines into arms by training health workers, setting up vaccine clinics, and more. Administrator Power traveled to Moldova to advance partnership with the Moldovan people and support the country's reform agenda. She met with the Moldovan President and Prime Minister, as well as mayors and community leaders, to discuss advancing democracy. Isobel Coleman was sworn in as Deputy Administrator for Policy and Programming to direct and implement policy across USAID. USAID announced a partnership with Disney, Wildlife Direct, and the State Department to create National Geographic Kids Africa. The educational series will amplify the voices and stories of local conservationists to inspire kids to preserve the world around them.
