USAID is providing emergency assistance including critical health and humanitarian support to Lebanon.  This week, America delivered 250 new state-of-the-art ventilators and other critical care equipment to Ethiopia. Ecuador received their second shipment of 200 ventilators, fulfilling a promise made by the American government. USAID, along with the Uzbekistani Republican Informational Educational Center, also known as "INTILISH," announced the launch of a new $1 million USAID-funded "End Tuberculosis Uzbekistan" activity.  USAID teamed up with the World Food Programme to deliver food aid to 350,000 people in southern Madagascar. Southern Madagascar has been hit by recurrent periods of drought since 2014.
