On July 13 and 14, the USAID Improving Private Sector Competitiveness (IPSC) activity trained more than 30 small and growing businesses (SGBs) in the agricultural industry on expanding their market reach through e-commerce. The two-day training focused on helping SGBs optimize their e-commerce platforms, utilizing knowledge and tools for understanding market trends, and identifying and seeking target customers.

Equipped with practical knowledge and skills, SGBs are better positioned to effectively utilize e-commerce platforms to increase their online sales and improve their competitiveness.
