On June 30, the Ministry of Planning and Investment’s Agency for Enterprise Development (AED), with the support of the USAID Linkages for Small and Medium Enterprises (LinkSME) project, organized a full-day training in Danang on digital transformation (DX) for SMEs. More than 70 SME managers participated in the onsite training, which provided the participants with general knowledge on DX and detailed case studies on practical methods for implementing DX in their businesses. This training was the second in a four-course DX series the project is supporting. The attendance level at the event illustrated the interest of SMEs in learning more about DX solutions.

DX offers SMEs the opportunity to increase their efficiency, resilience, and reach. By engaging AED in both the development and provision of the training course, USAID is increasing its capacity to design and offer DX training primarily with its own resources in the future, advancing locally-led development.
