The eSign Portal Process Flow -Text Version

Step 1 Upload: The Contract Officer, Agreement Officer, or Acquisition and Assistance Specialist uploads prepared Form from GLAAS into eSign Portal.

Step 2  Identify: The Contract Officer, Agreement Officer, or Acquisition and Assistance Specialist identifies signing roles and sends out the document for signatures.

Step 3 Authenticate: External recipients authenticate with Login.gov and USAID Staff authenticates with PIV certificate.

Step 4 Sign: Identified Partner and Contract Officer/Agreement Officer signs the document (the sender is automatically notified when signatures are collected).

Step 5 Reminder: Automatic reminders are sent to inactive recipients periodically.

Last step Files in ASIST: When the last signature is complete, the envelope uploads to its respective ASIST folder automatically.
