USAID recommends completing the Data Quality Assessment (DQA) Checklist provided on this page for each indicator for which the Mission carries out a DQA process. This DQA Checklist can also be accessed through ADS 201.3.5.8 and here. Keep a file copy of the completed checklist for each indicator on which a DQA has been carried out. Include the date the DQA was completed on your file copy. DQA’s must be repeated every three years for indicators on which the Mission reports to USAID/Washington.
