The Administrative Assistant is located in the Office of the Mission Director, USAID/Philippines. USAID/Philippines handles one of the largest portfolios in the Agency’s Asia Bureau, managing the bilateral programs in the Philippines and the regional portfolio in the Pacific Islands and Mongolia, with field offices in Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Solomon Islands, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, and Mongolia.

The Administrative Assistant serves as the personal assistant to the Mission Director, operating independently of any other position in the performance of the full range of secretarial, protocol, and administrative functions essential to the efficient operation of the USAID/Philippines’ Front Office. S/he is the primary contact person responsible for the Front Office’s customer service to internal and external partners and other stakeholders, including Mission staff, contractors and grantees and potential contractors and grantees, Implementing Partners (IPs), host-government officials, the Embassy, USAID/Washington, and other customers. In this capacity, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for coordinating information about the USAID/Philippines and the USAID Field Offices in the Pacific Islands and Mongolia, and making sure that information gets to customers on a timely basis and in a professional manner.

The Contracting Officer or the Technical Evaluation Committee may also reach out to other references not provided by the applicant.
    4. Transcript of records (TOR): The TOR should reflect the date of graduation.
