Olga Wall is Chief of Compliance and Contract Administration at Palladium, where she serves as the principal technical authority on federal contract regulations and law and principal advisor on acquisition and assistance matters. She oversees an annual budget of around $165 million across diverse international procurement and assistance portfolios. She is responsible for developing and improving innovative procurement policies by advancing the most efficient means to acquire supplies and services for over 90 international foreign aid and investment projects. Her aim is to explore compliance and best practices for USAID grantees and contractors.

She is a recognized leading expert on procurement issues, and manages a wide range of policy issue areas including: competition, development and negotiation of procurement and grant agreements, small business utilization, contract cost and pricing matters, contract financing, commercial item acquisitions, contracting workforce development, ethics & business conduct, safeguarding, audit and closeouts. She is also the Co-Founder of Avallon Consulting, which provides consulting, training, and products relating to procurement with USAID.
