Adetola Abiade serves as the Assistant to the Administrator for the Office of Human Capital and Talent Management.
Adetola Abiade, recently served as a Human Resources executive at JP Morgan Chase leading large scale human capital transformation. In this role, she worked across the Chase organization to lead and implement human capital strategy aimed at fostering business agility, innovation, and collaboration to enhance the employee experience.
Adetola has over 25 years of experience collaborating with leaders and employees across a variety of industries including startups, non-profit and highly matrixed Fortune 500 companies. Her background includes business change management/transformation, learning and development, talent management, diversity equity and inclusion, global innovation, technology and agile development, product management and business development.
In each role her mission has focused on ensuring that employees have a work environment where they are performing at their best and be valued, promoting healthy and productive ways of working, fostering learning and innovation cultures, and helping organizations to serve its stakeholders, increase growth and foster environments where employees can thrive. Her other skills and interests include giving back to her mentoring, performing arts, travel, writing, community development and volunteering. She currently serves as a nonprofit Board Member and most importantly enjoys spending time with her family and diverse network of friends.
