The Sardar Kabuli Girls’ High School building was completed under the Kabul Schools Program but the site improvements and utility construction was removed from the agreement and procured separately. Perini Management Systems has been selected to provide: 1) site improvements for parking and pedestrian access; 2) a water system including a drilled well, water storage and pump station; 3) a wastewater system including passive treatment and leach field disposal; and 4) an electrical service connection to the public utility grid. This project will provide the utility services and site improvements needed for a complete educational facility built to international standards
