This project aims to promote the rule of law by strengthening the target communities through mobilizing people, raising public awareness, civic education and coordinated advocacy activities on both the formal and informal justice systems and basic rights. The project will be implemented in Farah province in western Afghanistan. In addition, 20 other provinces will be covered through Nawa radio and SABA TV programs on Rule of Law (ROL).  The project mainly focuses on community empowerment through mobilizing, organizing, informing and educating people at the community level.  In addition, trainings on ROL, justice, and rights will be organized for governmental organizations at the provincial and district levels.
