Administrator Samantha Power will travel to Glasgow, UK from November 6-8 to participate in the 26th Conference of Parties of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP26). Administrator Power will join President Biden and more than 10 Cabinet Secretaries and senior Administration officials as part of the U.S. delegation to COP26 to demonstrate a whole-of-government approach to tackling the climate crisis.

Administrator Power will participate in a series of public events and key bilateral meetings to advance U.S. global leadership in supporting countries to implement more ambitious emissions reduction commitments, partnering with vulnerable countries to prepare for and adapt to climate impacts and disasters, and advancing climate equity and empowering women, indigenous peoples, and local communities.
