On Wednesday, April 27, 2022, as part of the values-driven, high-standard, transparent, and catalytic infrastructure initiative announced by President Biden at the Carbis Bay G7 Summit last year, Administrator Samantha Power will launch USAID’s new Digital Invest program.

Digital Invest is a blended finance program under the U.S. Government’s Digital Connectivity and Cybersecurity Partnership (DCCP). Digital Invest seeks to mobilize private capital for digital finance and internet service providers serving traditionally excluded consumer populations worldwide. As part of the event, Administrator Power will announce five new partnerships with investment fund managers and will be joined by leaders from the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), the U.S. Department of State, and the National Security Council (NSC).
