USAID in Madagascar is seeking the service of a Contractor to lead six "Brown Bag Lunches"

The USAID/Madagascar requests the services of a skilled Facilitator to lead six ‘brown bag lunches’ to identify, discuss, and suggest solutions to development issues germane to the Malagasy context and USAID-funded activities.


The Facilitator will have the following competencies and experience:

a. Fluency in oral and written French and English. 
b. Ability to work in a constructive manner with all participants.
c. Ability to coordinate meetings, maintain order, and control meeting discussions.
d. Knowledge and experience in development of various types of presentations.
e. Substantial experience facilitating organizational retreats.
f. Demonstrated experience working with international development organizations employing multi-ethnic staff in multi-cultural work environments.
g. Prior experience working with USAID will be advantageous but is not required.
