Delivering health services to underserved communities through a national network of outreach clinics and sites

Fostering a strong partnership with the Government of Zambia:
- Installing prefabricated health clinics that include geotechnical testing, foundation work, electrical connections, water and sewerage supply and connections, auxiliary power supplies, stormwater connections, and medical waste management systems
- Providing HIV services and an array of health services at its outreach sites and clinics, including maternal and child health services
- Leading a national social behavior and communication change campaign
Supporting the Ministry of Health’s efforts:
- Training healthcare providers on TB Preventive Therapy, ART, and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP)
- Training ART/TB and maternal and child health providers in cervical cancer screening and treatment
Increasing awareness of HIV prevention services and products among at-risk adolescent girls and young women:
- Working closely with Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-Free, Mentored and Safe (DREAMS) to provide PrEP as part of layered services to at-risk adolescent girls and young women
