Addenda: Additional Partnership Opportunities under the GDA APS

The GDA Annual Program Statement is a general solicitation for GDA concept submissions. Private sector partners are free to explore GDA concepts at any time with any Mission, Bureau, or Independent Office (MBIO) at USAID. In addition, select MBIOs may use the GDA APS to issue a more specific call for particular types of GDAs to address select priorities or objectives. These more specific calls are known as Addenda.

If your organization is interested in pursuing GDA opportunities that are published in an addendum, please read the addendum carefully and follow the instructions set forth in the addendum. 

Note: Prospective partners are always welcome to explore collaboration through the main GDA APS.  GDA Addenda offer additional partnership opportunities under the main GDA APS.  Please direct any general questions about addenda to gda@usaid.gov.

Call For Private Sector Partnerships in Guinea and Sierra Leone

USAID/Guinea & Sierra Leone is issuing a special call for the submission of concepts focused on private sector solutions to strengthen the health system, improve good governance, and increase economic opportunities for youth and women.

USAID/Guinea & Sierra Leone seeks to engage the private sector in advancing market-based and enterprise-led approaches that address the development objectives outlined in the Addendum and drive sustainable impact. Concepts must mobilize and leverage private sector resources at a level that equals and preferably exceeds the level of resources allocated by USAID/Guinea & Sierra Leone.

Call for Partnerships for Climate Smart Food System Innovations in Nepal

USAID/Nepal is issuing a special call for the submission of concepts focused on private sector partnerships for climate smart food system innovations in Nepal.

USAID/Nepal aims to engage more effectively with the private sector to remove constraints to inclusive, broad-based economic growth, and catalyze trade and investment to build a more diversified and vibrant economy. The Mission seeks to form partnerships with private sector actors that advance climate smart agriculture and generate reductions in food loss and waste. Through this Addendum, USAID/Nepal will partner with businesses that operate within the food system to better align with ongoing efforts to improve agricultural productivity and efficiency.

Call For Diaspora Partnership Concept Papers: Leveraging Private Resources and Know-How for the Recovery and Reconstruction of Earthquake-Affected Areas in the Southern Peninsula of Haiti

Recognizing the importance of partnering with the diaspora community, USAID/Haiti is making a special call for the submission of concept notes that foster the mobilization of human and financial resources to address Haiti economic development needs.

USAID/Haiti seeks to partner with the private sector to co-create, co-fund, and utilize innovative market-based solutions to solve Haiti 's development challenges and address the recovery and reconstruction of earthquake-affected areas in Haiti. The Mission will prioritize concepts that have the potential to accelerate socio-economic development and lead to stable, resilient communities that are less vulnerable to the effects of natural and man-made disasters.

Call For Partnership Concept Papers: Working with the Private Sector Towards a Prosperous Mali

USAID/Mali is issuing a special call for the submission of concept papers focused on catalyzing private sector investment for Mali’s economic recovery through inclusive and sustainable development.

USAID seeks to advance USAID/Mali’s Feed the Future (FTF) objectives in support of Malian farming families via sustainable, environmentally conscious, ethical, and inclusive development. This Addendum aims to catalyze agricultural investments that strengthen resilience among people and systems, and improve productivity of agricultural market systems to promote a well-nourished population, especially among women and children.

Call for Partnership Concepts: USAID/Jordan

USAID/Jordan is issuing a special call for the submission of Partnership Concepts that will advance inclusive private sector-led growth, improved water security, strengthened citizen-state trust, and enhanced participation of women and youth in Jordan.

USAID is seeking to build direct working relationships with private sector entities that will foster market-based approaches and enterprise-led solutions to development challenges.

Call for Partnership Concepts: USAID/Indonesia Private Sector Engagement (PSE) Accelerator Platform

USAID/Indonesia is issuing a special call for the submission of Concepts focused on improving national self-reliance, especially in the areas of economic growth, democracy and governance, environment, and health.

USAID/Indonesia invites eligible private sector organizations, NGOs (representing a private sector partner), and other entities to submit concepts that mobilize and leverage private sector investment, advance private sector business growth and economic opportunities and/or corporate social responsibility, and achieve or scale development outcomes in Indonesia.
