The Democracy and Governance Office (DRG) Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing administrative and clerical support activities for DRG in USAID/Jordan. The incumbent reports to the Office Director, manages the administrative processes of the DRG office, provides administrative services, including maintaining the Democracy and Governance Office Director and Deputy Director calendars and providing a full range of administrative support to the whole DRG team, including preparation of routine correspondence, presentations, reports, schedules, briefing materials and public information. The incumbent also provides administrative coverage in the Director’s Office on an emergency basis and assists other offices with administrative requirements.
