The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) in Bangladesh is seeking applications from qualified Bangladeshi nationals for the position of Human Resources Assistant in the Executive Office (EXO).

FSN Human Resources Assistant (HRA) serves in the Human Resources Section of the Executive Office, USAID/Bangladesh. The incumbent is responsible for a wide variety of Human Resources (HR) activities dealing with U.S. Direct Hires, USPSCs, and Foreign Service National Personal Services Contractor (FSNPSC) employees.  The incumbent provides advice, counsels and technical guidance to Americans, USPSCs, and FSN staff on the full range of human resources matters, such as performance evaluations, employee relations, retirement, Special Immigration Visa (SIV), Compensation Plan, Severance Pay entitlements, medical benefits, provident fund eligibility, etc.  Incumbent plays a major role under the supervision of the Human Resources Specialist (HRS) in PSC recruitment of in compliance with the Mission Recruitment Procedures. The incumbent serves as the Mission POC and assists and guides requesting offices to prepare FSN position classification packets to go to regional Human Resources Support Unit (HRSUs) for classification.  The incumbent negotiates and prepares contracting actions of FSN, US and TCN PSC. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining and up keeping personnel files and various personnel database. The incumbent monitors FSN performance evaluations and administers incentive award program.
