USAID sponsored NGO Desarrollo y Autogestión (DYA) enrolled 600 Venezuelan migrant children into the Peruvian school system. With many migrant children and teenagers facing difficulties enrolling into institutions, DYA will academically elevate students testing lower than grade standards with the knowledge to level-up to their same-age peers. This opportunity fills migrants' basic educational needs, which boosts the youth's socio-cultural integration within the host country.
