GDA APS Resources

The Global Development Alliance (GDA) Annual Program Statement (APS) is an announcement of USAID’s desire to partner with the private sector and provides a pathway for potential partners to submit concept papers and proposals for GDAs. 

In an order to facilitate the development of concept papers and proposals, it is important for prospective partners to understand the Agency’s priorities and objectives and to consult with USAID Missions or Washington Offices regarding a proposed alliance.  The information below will assist prospective partners.
