Over the past decade, Afghanistan has developed more rapidly than in any previous decade in their history.  These gains remain fragile as we approach the political, economic, and security transition to Afghan leadership in 2014.  To help solidify the development gains and define our economic cooperation over the next decade, international donors met with Afghans in Tokyo this weekend to define the future of their partnership.
