Status of the Leland Initiative in Uganda
Policy Review (Objective 1): Memorandum of Understanding signed 14 December, 1999. Technical Review (Objective 2): Survey completed. Internet Applications Review (Objective 3): Internet assessment and training for USAID's NGO partners is complete. Leland wired Kisowera School as a result of President Bill Clinton's historic visit.
