Guangdong Environmental Partnership Program

The Guangdong Environmental Partnership is run by the The Institute for Sustainable Communities with USAID support. The program is a public-private partnership developed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve public health and increase environmental accountability in Guangdong province, China's "factory to the world". Taking advantage of the best of U.S. and Chinese resources and expertise, the program will bring cleaner, healthier and more sustainable environmental practices to one of China's most industrialized provinces.
