Purpose: To assist USAID...
- Develop an analytical framework for identifying the potential for conflict;
- Establish the policy, criteria, approaches, and prioritization for responding to conflict and the potential for mitigation of conflict; and
- Determine the Agency's role and capacity to preemptively address the root causes for conflict and the relationship of our assistance activities to the likelihood of conflict.
