Strategic Objective #3: Strengthen Diplomatic and Program Capabilities

The fulfillment of the Agency's mission and the achievement of its policy goals are inextricably linked to a foundation of sound management and organizational excellence required by the President's Management Agenda (PMA). This foundation is essential to support the work of USAID's Missions and Programs. The Agency is committed to maintaining a well-qualified workforce, supported by modern infrastructure that provides the tools to achieve its development goals worldwide.
