This notice, which provides a procedure for complying with the provisions of the Federal Program Information Act of 1977 (P.L. 95-229) and OMB Circular A-89 concerning the submission of program award information to GSA, is an interim update to ADS Chapters 201 and 303.

ADS 306, Interagency Agreements, includes sample Memoranda of Agreement for transfers and allocations made to other Agencies or to USAID using the authority provided by section 632(a) of the Foreign Assistance Act. More information regarding 632(a) agreements and the use of the sample Memoranda of Agreement may be found at ADS 306.3.7.

ADS 545, Information Systems Security

The chapter was amended to refer to the revised Internal Mandatory Reference, Information System Security Rules of Behavior for All Computer Network (AIDNET) Users or “ISSO User Rules of Behavior.” See the entry below for more details on this reference, which is available on the Agency intranet only.
