The Technical Cooperation Virtual Library is a repository of virtual information and has as its main objectives the compiling, processing and publishing of information produced by the international cooperation in Peru. USAID/Peru has an agreement with the Technical Cooperation Virtual Library to share the information generated by its programs and projects as to promote knowledge sharing management.
