Food for Peace provides assistance primarily through three types of programs:
Single-Year Assistance Programs (SYAPs)
Multi-Year Assistance Programs (MYAPs)
International Food Relief Partnership (IFRP)
Food for Peace receives technical assistance through three mechanisms:
Bellmon Estimation Studies for Title II (BEST) Project
Famine Early Warning Systems Network (FEWS NET)
Food and Nutrition Technical Assistance Project (FANTA)
Food for Peace also coordinates with other U.S Government programs and initiatives including:
