Additional FFP Conference Information

DCHA/FFP HAS CONTRACTED WITH THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE CENTER, 18980 Upper Belmont Place, Leesburg, VA 20176 AS THE VENUE FOR OUR FFP CONFERENCE

  1. The Conference will take place June 24,25 & 26. Rooms are reserved for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights, i.e. June 23, 24 and 25th.

  2. Each person who has expressed an interest in attending the Conference by email has been put on the participant list.

  3. If you have not expressed your interest or indicated if you are full or part time, you will need to indicate whether you are staying at the conference overnite or that you will be a commuter(day participant). Participant list is closing by 0800 hours, May 20, 2002.

  4. INDIVIDUALS DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER INDIVIDUALLY WITH THE CONFERENCE CENTER. FFP WILL PROVIDE THE CONFERENCE CENTER WITH THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS. JUST BE SURE YOUR NAME IS ON THE OFFICIAL FFP LIST. Maileen Villamor of AMEX [mvillamor@amexdc.com] is the keeper of the list. This list will be made available in several weeks.

  5. Note: The National Conference Center will only allow entrance to their grounds to those persons who are listed on the FFP Official Conference List. This includes those staying overnite and day commuters.

  6. FFP has reserved a limited number of rooms. Each participant, both overnite guests and day commuters, with few exceptions will be responsible to pay your conference fees directly to the Conference Center. Note: Again, your name must be on the official participant list, but you will pay your fees directly to the conference center.

  7. OVERNIGHT GUESTS FEES : $165/day (dinner, room, breakfast, lunch and conference fees). Includes open access to hot and cold drinks. Meals are buffet style.

  8. DAY COMMUTER FEES: $46/day (lunch and conference fees). Includes open access to hot and cold drinks.
