Dr. Hill chats with a Ugandan family receiving palliative care services from Hospice Africa Uganda. The family home comprises 24 people in a small house, including 12 children who have lost a parent to AIDS. Hospice Africa Uganda is a leading provider of end-of-life care and pain management for both cancer patients and people living with AIDS. Even with treatment, Hospice has found that AIDS patients need ongoing psychosocial support and pain management.
