Dr. Hill and Mr. Miller meet with Dr. Peter Mugyenyi, the director of the Joint Clinical Research Center, which is currently supported by USAID to expand antiretroviral therapy in Uganda. To date, JCRC has opened 26 clinics and treated over 25,000 individuals with life saving treatment, including over 2000 orphans and vulnerable children.
