Dr. Hill discusses girls vocational training with Mama Noelina Namukisa, Executive Director of the Ugandan community-based organization Meeting Point. Many of these girls are orphans and dropped out of school. Meeting Point is supported by USAID to provide care and support for families and people affected by HIV/AIDS.
