The Afghan Clean Energy Project (ACEP) aims to foster energy independence and development through increased use of renewable energy, increased energy efficiency, and establishment of a local renewable energy equipment and service industry. More than 300 communities will benefit from advanced technologies to power their homes, schools, and businesses through clean, renewable energy, such as micro-hydropower, solar, and wind projects.
