This activity is designed to
promote private sector marketing of fertilizer and other crop inputs.
It is an integrated approach which includes a policy component to
address regulatory and other policy constraints to private sector
input marketing. It is designed to demonstrate that private sector
fertilizer marketing is more efficient, less subject to corruption
and has greater impact on production than state subsidized fertilizer
provision. |
